About Us

We started off as the Tenglefly Running Club in 2012, serving runners in Tenafly, Englewood & Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. But our scope quickly grew to include much of eastern Bergen County, and thus we became the Palisades Running Club. We welcome and are made up of runners of all ages and abilities.
